Information we collect
We collect your name, mobile number, email (if provided), service addresses, booking history, device and usage data, and support messages. Location may be used to match nearby professionals and show live tracking when you book.
How we use your information
We use your data to create and manage bookings, process payments, send OTPs and status notifications, improve matching and safety, and respond to help requests. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Payments
Card, UPI, and wallet payments are processed by Razorpay. SRVU does not store full card numbers. Refunds for eligible cancellations are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Sharing
We share limited booking details with assigned professionals so they can complete your job. We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, SMS, analytics) under contracts that require confidentiality.
Retention & security
Booking and account records are retained as required for operations, tax, and dispute resolution. Access tokens are short-lived; refresh tokens are stored hashed. You may request account deletion via Help.
Your choices
You can update profile and addresses in the app or website, opt out of non-essential marketing messages, and contact support for data access or deletion requests.
